01Service Scope
NodeArchLab provides custom automation architecture and system orchestration. Our services are “engineered to order” based on the logic agreed upon in the Discovery Blueprint.
02Third-Party Dependencies
Client acknowledges that NodeArchLab systems rely on third-party providers (e.g., n8n, OpenAI, Supabase, Vercel). NodeArchLab is not responsible for service interruptions, API changes, or data loss caused by these external platforms.
03Limitation of Liability
NodeArchLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including loss of profits or data—arising from the use of our automated systems. We provide “Resilient Architecture,” but “100% Uptime” is not guaranteed due to the nature of the internet.
04Intellectual Property
Client Data: Remains the property of the Client.
Custom Build: Upon full payment, the specific workflow implementation belongs to the Client.
NodeArchLab Frameworks: Any proprietary code or pre-built modules used by NodeArchLab remain the property of NodeArchLab.
05Fees & Payments
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin any “Custom Architecture” build. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the monitoring phase (first 100 successful runs).
